MOST COMMON QUESTIONS AND THE ANSWERS:
1. Do you sell digital copies of your art files?
No. I occasionally create a matching logo for a PayPal payment (if it's based on existing art). I don't sell or give away art files.
2. Do you set the prices on Print-On-Demand sites? Can you lower the price for me?
No. PODs like Zazzle have a base price, and freelance artists make a small commission on each sale. I can't change the base prices.
3. My occasion deadline is approaching. Can you send the product faster?
No. The Print-on-Demand companies handle printing and shipping.
4. Can you change the color or alter text on one of your designs I like and plan to purchase through a POD company?
Yes. Email me at mkhesscreative@gmail.com with a link to the product and what you would like changed.
5. I like a design but I don't see it on a particular product type I want to purchase. Can you add it for me?
Yes. Email me at mkhesscreative@gmail.com with a link to the product that currently includes the design and tell me which new product you want it on.
6. I've already purchased, but I made a mistake. Can you fix something for me now?
No. I can't access the customized product you've purchased. You'll need to cancel that order and reorder after making the changes.
